The technology exists but it is somewhat experimental at this stage.
I'd imagine the price they'd charge for such a thingummytide; would put cold fusion in the shade for sheer lucre. A fat quid for all concerned. Perhaps they'll develop an armpit spray for blokes?
For enemy folk, how about bottled wind, opened with a left handed spanner?
