On a similar theme Leunig had a marvellous cartoon of members of the Victoria Police Accident Appreciation Unit awarding points at a scene of a motor vehicle accident. Shortly after the cartoon appeared, the name was changed to Accident Investigation Unit.

I'd say the scoring is too high by far. That little dude is going to do a belly whacker for sure.
