Yes, I've seen similar thoughts expressed in a few other places today. Seems right.
Yep, that does seem to be the International Law take on the matter. Of course, the US have come out and said the exact opposite (that Israel had every right to forcibly board the ship, even though it was in Int waters). But, unfortunately, that is hardly surprising, is it?
